Coffee Review: The Roasted Record

I tested this coffee using a French Press and it was ground to 30 using a Baratza Encore.

It's a pretty dark coffee that's fairly strong. I can definitely taste the chocolate and the honey. It does also have a nutty flavor but I can't pick out the Walnuts. My palate just isn't that good. It's a very drinkable coffee but it does have a little bitterness to it. Not a bad bitterness but a little different.
Overall I would consider ordering more of this coffee.
